VIOLENT ATTACKS AGAINST CBR SIGNS
Those who act out violently against CBR's public display of graphic abortion images must pay the legal price for their actions, as evidenced by CBR's recent victory against David Zhang, a student at Western Washington University who destroyed a number of CBR signs during their campus display. The details of the conviction and sentence are listed below.

The defendant David J. Zhang having duly pleaded "GUILTY" is charged with MALICIOUS MISCHIEF IN THE THIRD DEGREE, COUNT I (Gross Misdemeanor).
The said defendants sentence is suspended for a one year period conditioned upon his full and strict compliance with all the following terms:
The defendant shall serve 180 days in Whatcom County Jail with 170 days suspended.
Defendant agrees to pay restitution in the amount of $4,080.40.
Defendant shall be placed on 24 months bench probation.

I recently saw 2 of your trucks and I thought it was the most disturbing image I have ever seen. I dont agree with abortion and I dont think your organization should be even allowed to display something like that... The people you get to drive them should be shot... your whole company should be locked up for the (expletive) you do.
OREGON STATE "FLASHER" IS ARRESTED AND JAILED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
The following correspondence comes from an Oregon State Trooper after CBR provided him with video footage of the incident:
After reviewing the video footage and discussing it with my supervisor, I decided to charge [the student] with Menacing and Disorderly Conduct. The subject’s first name is Landin and I arrested him today for those charges. I transported him to the Benton County jail where he was released to jail staff. He was probably released after an hour or two, the jails are usually full, so they “matrix” out who they can (depending on the charges). He will have to appear in court in about a month and from there it will depend on his plea as to whether it goes to trial or not.
If it were to go to trial, Ian’s testimony would be valuable, as he was right there when it happened. I will send a copy of the video to the DA for their review and it is up to them as far as prosecution.
OSU’s Student Conduct dept. is also involved and will be contacting Landin in the next few days. They work with students to help prevent future incidents like this.

MULTIPLE CBR SIGNS DESTROYED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY:
Two male attackers, both apparently students, destroyed CBR signs at the University of Calgary. One was arrested and the other is being sought by police. PRO-ABORTION STUDENT DRIVES HIS CAR THROUGH CBR'S DISPLAY:
During a CBR visit to Kansas University (above), one student became so angry that he rammed his car into the display, nearly hitting one of our young woman volunteers. -- The student was arrested and went to jail.
COFFEE IN THE FACE AT KENT STATE:
A CBR staff member (right of center in sun glasses) had a cup of hot coffee thrown directly in his face while standing near the CBR signs during a visit to Kent State University (above). -- Police apprehended the attacker.
