Dear Fletcher,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform for bringing the Genocide Awareness Project to Middle Tennessee State University. It was, by far, the biggest thing to hit our campus in years. Literally thousands of students, faculty, administrators and staff passed by the display, and only God knows the permanent impact of those photos in their lives.

Numerous teachers cancelled their scheduled class discussions because they and/or their students wished to discuss the issues raised by the display and the effect it was having on campus. One of my neighbors, who is a freshman at MTSU, told me the professor in her speech class polled the students as to the effect of the display on their views of abortion. Thirty-eight of thirty-nine students in the class openly proclaimed themselves to be pro-life! According to this student, the professor was horrified at the outcome of the vote.

We had a lot of support in the local community, and we were extremely pleased that five campus ministry groups as well as the campus Right-to-Life group joined us in sponsoring the project. The fact that so many groups sponsored the project was a confirmation to me that God was truly leading us to participate, and His blessings were evident both during and after the project.

I highly encourage all campus ministry groups to join together to bring GAP to their colleges and universities. Any campus ministry group with questions may feel free to call or write me.

Sincerely,
Charles L. Nored
Baptist Campus Minister
